So why should you challenge with us? Because we understand where you are at, we’ve been there. We know how you are feeling, and we know the challenges you face every day because as Busy Mums, we face them too. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about being the best you can be for you and your family and making progress towards your goals. It’s about being a healthy role model and helping your family to be the best they can be too.

This is not about restricting yourself for 6 weeks or flogging yourself for 6 weeks and then falling into a heap at the end. It’s about putting your needs on the priority list too. It’s not Me First, Just Me Too. It’s time to start looking after your physical AND mental health. It’s about changing habits and putting strategies in place to teach your kids about healthy habits and making it a daily part of your life. It’s about learning to live a healthy and active life in a way that suits you, your schedule, and your family. Not everyone is the same, and that’s why we designed this program to be flexible and to work for you.

It's time to register your daughters!! (Aged 12-17)

We start Friday July 23rd ladies so please send an email to to secure your daughter a spot.

This program is great for our girls to develop their strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. It is a great way to introduce resistance training with a focus on correct technique in a supportive, non intimidating, non-judgemental environment. At Embrace we are all about empowering women and that starts early on. We'd love the opportunity to work with your daughter over the coming 8 weeks.
