Are you looking to keep your kids active over the School Holidays? Then one of our School Holiday Programs is just what you need!
We have 2 programs available. Embrace Kids for your 5-9 year old and Embrace Pre-Teens for your 10-13 year old.
Embrace Kids is a 30-minute body weight work out for kids where the focus is on FUN and developing correct movement patterns. They will learn to follow instructions, improve coordination, move more, feel positive, make friends, and develop healthy habits.
We are offering 2 classes at 3.30pm to 4:15pm on Tuesday 13th and Thursday 15th of April. Come to one or both!
Embrace Pre-Teens is a 45-minute functional, body weight and weighted work out where we focus on correct movement patterns with dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells as well as body weight movements.
The focus is on FUN and developing correct technique as well as improving fitness and strength.
We are offering 2 classes at 3.30pm to 4:15pm on Monday 12th and Wednesday 14th of April. Come to one or both!
1 Class Pass = $15
2 Class Pass = $25

It's time to register your daughters!! (Aged 12-17)
We start Friday April 30th ladies so please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to secure your daughter a spot.
This program is great for our girls to develop their strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. It is a great way to introduce resistance training with a focus on correct technique in a supportive, non intimidating, non-judgemental environment.
At Embrace we are all about empowering women and that starts early on. We'd love the opportunity to work with your daughter over the coming 8 weeks.
